Our client is a leading multinational company operating in the mining and heavy industry sector. We are looking for a Supply Chain & Warranty Engineer – Maintenance Spare Parts to manage the availability, lifecycle and warranty recovery of critical maintenance materials and spare parts supporting both fixed plant and mobile equipment.
The role combines Supply Chain, spare parts management, warranty administration and supplier coordination, working closely with Maintenance, Procurement, Warehousing, OEMs and external repair providers.

You are responsible for
- Manage the lifecycle of maintenance spare parts and materials for fixed plant and mobile equipment
- Coordinate the repair, return and replacement of critical components
- Manage warranty claims from initiation through resolution, ensuring timely recovery from suppliers and OEMs
- Follow up on repairs, warranty cases, credit notes and supplier commitments
- Monitor supplier and repair-provider performance, including turnaround times, service levels and warranty resolution
- Ensure accurate tracking of components, spare parts and warranty cases through SAP/ERP systems
- Work closely with Maintenance and Planning teams to ensure spare parts availability and minimize equipment downtime
- Monitor key KPIs related to inventory, warranty recovery, repairs and supplier performance Identify opportunities to improve spare parts availability, repair processes, inventory effectiveness and lifecycle costs
- Support the management of obsolete and non-repairable components
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc / MSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related discipline 3+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, spare parts management, maintenance materials, warranty administration, procurement or related industrial operations
- Hands-on experience in warranty management for materials, spare parts or equipment components
- Experience with maintenance spare parts for fixed plant and/or mobile equipment
- Experience in mining, heavy industry or industrial maintenance will be highly valued
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
