We are looking for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to join our client’s team and take a leading role in the development and execution of the marketing strategy for prestigious luxury fashion brands.
The ideal candidate will combine strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution, a passion for luxury fashion, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with international brand partners, agencies, and other external collaborators.

You are responsible for
- Develop and implement the local marketing strategy in close collaboration with the respective international fashion houses and brand teams
- Translate global brand strategies and guidelines into impactful local marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with each brand’s positioning and identity
- Develop and execute 360° marketing campaigns across relevant channels for luxury fashion brands
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver events, activations, launches, and special projects, ensuring a premium brand experience and flawless execution
- Manage the planning and execution of seasonal and tactical marketing activities in line with commercial objectives
- Lead the visual merchandising and window display strategy, collaborating with relevant internal and external teams to ensure brand consistency and strong visual impact
- Manage relationships and projects with external agencies, creative partners, media partners, production companies, and other suppliers
- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and stakeholders effectively Work closely with international brand teams to secure approvals, align on priorities, and ensure compliance with global brand guidelines
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to continuously improve marketing effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for local market initiatives, partnerships, collaborations, and brand-building activities
- Support the development of marketing budgets and ensure effective allocation and control of spend
- Stay up to date with luxury fashion, consumer, cultural, and digital trends, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the brand
- Take ownership of additional marketing initiatives and projects as required by the role
Your Education & Qualifications are
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within luxury fashion, premium retail, beauty, lifestyle, or a similarly premium environment
- Proven experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Strong experience in events and experiential marketing, from concept to execution
- Experience in visual merchandising / window displays is highly desirable
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with relevant digital marketing and analytics tools is a plus
