You are responsible for
- Evaluate store and employee performance to identify training needs and skill gaps
- Design and implement engaging training programs for both new and existing team members
- Develop training materials, including presentations, guides, and hands-on learning tools
- Deliver dynamic training sessions, both theoretical and practical, and address participant questions
- Support the onboarding and integration of new employees
- Conduct follow-up store visits to assess training effectiveness and ensure long-term results
Your Education & Qualifications are
- Strong expertise in makeup application and beauty techniques
- Proven experience as a Trainer within the beauty or cosmetics industry
- Ability to effectively transfer knowledge to individuals and teams
- Excellent command of the English language

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
