You are responsible for
- Lead the development and implementation of the company’s total rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, recognition, and employee wellness programs
- Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure our total rewards programs are competitive and aligned with industry standards
- Manage the annual salary review process and collaborate with HR Business Partners to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness
- Design and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of our total rewards programs
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in total rewards management
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc / MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in total rewards management, in a multinational organization
- Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and legislation
- Experience in developing and implementing total rewards strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems

- Strong project management skills and ability to drive initiatives to completion
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
