You are responsible for
- In charge with audit engagements, from planning stage of audit, to managing the audit team during fieldwork, until completion stage of the engagement
- Act as a counsellor, coach, and role model for team members
- Review financial statements, including cash flow and notes to financial statements
- Deliver assigned tasks on time, as per pre-set timeframe set by superior levels
- Prepares more complex working papers (or working papers for more complex engagements), for the following fieldword sections: Cash and Cash Equivalents, Property, plant and equipment, Equity, Receivables, Prepayments, Payables, Borrowings, Other expenses and revenues, Intangible assets, Investments, Inventories, Provisions, Revenues, Cost of Sales
- Prepares risk assessment working papers for assigned engagements
- To have an understanding of the use of Firm’s IT tools in order to document and archive the prepared working papers
- To be updated on all legislations changes relevant to the business and the market and apply as appropriate
- Allocates work tasks, priorities and responsibilities to team members in accordance with their level of experience and responsabilities and monitor progress, when in-charge on less complex engagements
- Provides clear information to team members on their expected business behaviors and deliverables vs assigned tasks and/or objectives
- Develops the professional abilities of the direct reports through the permanent communication; sharing information and knowledge
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc / MSc in Accounting, Finance, Audit, Banking, or relevant areas
- Experience 3 years min, in a similar role as Auditor
- Commercial focus to understand clients’ needs
- Advanced knowledge on accounting, taxation & corporate law, financial and economics
- Very good knowledge of operations on ERP and MIS systems
- Advanced knowledge of English language
