It is a key role in strengthening employee engagement, corporate culture, and employer brand and will support leadership communication, change initiatives, and ESG-related priorities, helping translate the purpose, values, and sustainability commitments into clear, engaging messages for people. You are responsible for
- Develop and implement the internal communications strategy in alignment with corporate objectives, employer branding priorities, and ESG commitments
- Create, edit, and manage content across internal communication channels, including intranet, newsletters, leadership messages, presentations, and internal events
- Support senior management in the effective cascade of corporate messages, change initiatives, transformation programs, and sustainability-related communications
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s culture, values, people stories, and employee value proposition
- Collaborate closely with HR, Sustainability, and cross-functional international teams to ensure consistent, engaging, and purpose-driven messaging
- Monitor, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives and continuously propose improvements
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–4 years of proven experience in internal and/or corporate communications, preferably within a multinational or industrial environment
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal (knowledge of additional languages is an asset)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging messages
- Experience in multimedia content creation and social media management; skilled in designing infographics, newsletters, and presentations
