You are responsible for
- Oversee the company’s accounting functions, financial planning, audits, and credit control
- Cash flow/liquidity planning and management of relations with the banks
- Assume the central role in preparing annual budget of the company, cooperate with the rest of executive team to collect the data and present to CEO and the BoD
- Perform regular reviews, upgrade, improve and speed-up corporate costing system and reporting of customer prices, margins and costs
- Prepare monthly and annual corporate reporting (including monthly BoD updates and cash flow forecast)
- Participate in the BoD sessions and regular executive team meetings to provide updates on company profitability, key drivers, cash situation and credit control
- Develop financial controls and procedures to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Assist the CEO and cooperate with the rest of management team to execute the operations of the company
- Support and supervision for technological operations of the company
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc / MSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics
- Hands-on professional with working experience in finance or supply chain control in production or trade companies
- Experience 7 years in finance roles in Greece of which 3 years in top-positions in finance
- A Class signature
- Excellent knowledge of English language
- Strong knowledge of finance software (ERP systems logic, Business Intelligence Tools, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
- Excellent understanding of the production processes, CapEx analysis and cash flow cycle of the company

- Ability to get inside the ad hoc issue on any level of finance and accounting, solve it or provide required assistance and guidance to the team members

- Intrinsic understanding of variance analysis and ability to drive conclusions on the main source of variances vs last year and vs the budget
