You are responsible for
- Enforce cybersecurity policies and standards across operations
- Ensure compliance with global standards and frameworks (e.g. GDPR, cyber insurance requirements, industry best practices)
- Lead incident response, threat mitigation, and vulnerability management programs
- Conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, penetration testing and security reviews
- Coordinate with Corporate IT, Legal, and external vendors during security incidents
- Lead security awareness training and monitor compliance
- Report on cybersecurity posture and risks to executive leadership
- Oversee cybersecurity tools and platforms such as firewalls, antimalware, and email protection systems
- Manage and coordinate external cybersecurity service providers and partners
- Lead security awareness programs and monitor organizational compliance
- Track, document and report incident details, actions, and risks
- Prepare cybersecurity risk and posture reports for executive leadership
- Support coordination and communication during incident response activities
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc / MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, Business with Technology Management or related field
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
- Project management certification is desirable
- Min 2-3 years work experience and some supervisory experience, or cybersecurity or related IT fields (computer, network and telecommunications systems), in the management of complex technology projects and related teams
- Hands-on experience in IT hardware and software deployment, configuration, commissioning, administration and management

- Great IT skills and in depth knowledge combined with a good understanding of business concepts, principles and operations
- Understanding of complex information and requirements

- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
