You are responsible for
- Ensure the efficient operation of financial processes and full compliance with IFRS standards
- Coordinate Reporting, Rolling Forecasting, Budgeting, and Monthly Financial Reporting activities
- Monitor cash flow and key financial performance indicators
- Optimize and oversee costing methodologies and cost control processes
- Monitor and implement regulatory and tax-related changes (e.g., myDATA requirements)
- Review and control expense entries, fixed assets, shipping documents, and expense reports
- Support various factory departments through financial analysis and reporting
- Organize and develop departmental processes using modern technological tools and systems
- Lead, coordinate, and mentor the accounting team
- Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors
- Continuously evaluate and improve accounting systems and internal control procedures
Your Education & Qualifications are
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial position
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax legislation
- Proven experience with IFRS and financial reporting
- Very good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office applications
- Good command of the English language
