We are seeking a talented and experienced professional to join our client’s team as a Controlling and Risk Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the controlling function within the company, as well as developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management strategy. You will be responsible for providing financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. Additionally, you will work closely with different departments to ensure that financial risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated effectively.

You are responsible for
- Leading and developing a team of finance professionals.
- Working closely with different departments to provide financial analysis and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Managing the controlling function within the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Preparing and presenting financial reports and analysis to senior management.
- Continuously improving and optimizing financial processes and systems.
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive risk management strategy, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks.
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of risk management processes and procedures.
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc / MSc degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
- Previous experience in controlling and risk management roles.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, IFRS
- Proficient in financial software and MS Office applications.
