You are responsible for
- Oversee daily operations across multiple retail stores in Romania
- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of KPIs and financial targets
- Implement and monitor operational standards, procedures, and company policies
- Ensure exceptional customer experience aligned with brand positioning (fashion, beauty, luxury)
- Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams
- Monitor stock levels, visual merchandising standards, and product availability
- Optimize workforce planning, scheduling, and cost control
- Analyze performance reports and implement corrective action plans
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal guidelines
- Collaborate closely with HQ departments (HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain)
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus
- Proven experience in Retail Business, in fashion, cosmetics, beauty, or luxury retail in a leadership role
- Proficient in retail management software, ERP, Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of performance evaluation metrics and principles
- Sound understanding of optimization of store operations and standards for success
- Excellent knowledge of English Language
