You are responsible for
- Develop and execute business strategies to ensure sustainable growth and long-term success
- Set clear performance standards and objectives across all stores
- Oversee daily operations and drive efficiency, consistency, and premium customer experience
- Lead, coach, and inspire Store Managers to achieve ambitious targets
- Build high-performing teams through structured development plans and continuous coaching
- Ensure profitability and effective budget management across all stores
- Monitor KPIs and implement action plans to continuously improve performance
- Safeguard compliance with company policies and operational standards
- Resolve operational challenges with practical and business-oriented solutions
- Report performance insights and progress to senior leadership
- Oversee recruitment and ensure optimal staffing levels across stores
- Identify market opportunities and potential new store locations
- Support strategic expansion initiatives in collaboration with senior management
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
- Proven experience as an Area Manager within the retail sector. Experience in Cosmetics, Beauty, Fashion, Footwear, Luxury or similar retail sectors will be highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of retail KPIs and performance management
- Experience in store operations optimization and retail standards execution
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Excellent command of the English language
