We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to take on a pivotal role within a leading Multinational Industrial organization. This position combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, as you will guide a large Talent Acquisition team, shape and execute global hiring strategies, and play a key role in workforce planning alongside senior leadership. With a strong focus on Employer Branding, partner management, and continuous improvement, you will contribute directly to building a best-in-class recruitment function and strengthening the company’s position as an employer of choice.

You are responsible for
- Lead, develop, and provide strategic direction to a large Talent Acquisition team
- Design and implement the global recruitment strategy, aligned with business objectives
- Contribute to workforce planning in collaboration with senior leadership
- Develop and drive the Employer Branding strategy at an international level
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience and strengthen the company’s reputation as an employer of choice
- Manage, select, and evaluate external partners (recruitment agencies, RPOs, platforms, assessment providers, etc.)
- Monitor KPIs and leverage data to support strategic decision-making
- Optimize processes and introduce innovative Talent Acquisition tools and practices
- Stay up to date with global labor market trends and integrate best practices
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc / MSc in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Extensive experience in Talent Acquisition
- Proven experience leading teams
- Experience in high-volume recruitment environments (ideally within multinational or industrial settings)
- Hands-on experience with Employer Branding initiatives
- Fluency in English
