The ideal candidate will provide high quality electrical power systems – related services and end-to-end solutions to international clients. You should productively employ company’s expertise in Power Networks to manage international business opportunities from tender/bid phase through contract award and execution.

You are responsible for
- Identifying opportunities for tender/bid proposals, in cooperation with the company’s sales and external sales channels
- Reading and understanding tender/bid packages and RFQ
- Coordinating the full lifecycle of the proposal’s package development and submission in a timely manner, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling, ensuring its responsiveness to the tender/bid’s requirements and compliance with the company’s objectives
- Writing, editing and presenting full proposals, in cooperation with the company’s technical and financial management team
- Liaising with suppliers, vendors and subcontractors, assessing and negotiating with them, and selecting the most appropriate ones, based on the tender/bid’s requirements
- Managing every phase of the contract lifecycle – negotiations, preparation and signing – by closely cooperating with clients’ representatives and company’s commercial and technical departments
- Controlling and monitoring the execution of the awarded contracts assuring that all deliverables are met according to the agreed-upon terms – delivery deadlines, internal policies, technical, legal and regulatory requirements
- Acting as the focal point for all topics involving contractual functions, works with the Technical Project Managers to obtain technical write-ups, and supports the identification, escalation, and resolution of commercial issues and contractual risks and concerns, to provide the best result for all parties.
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc / MSc in Electrical or Automation Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in relevant fields in Engineering & Consulting firms within the Energy sector, or Utilities
- Ability to proactively detect and respond to risks and concerns related to whole tendering and contract award and execution processes and to interact and advise with the appropriate levels of management
- Strong track record of negotiation, closing contracts and managing claims
- Strong project management skills
- IT skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, project, and presentation software
- Fluency in Greek and English, speaking and writing
