You are responsible for
- Develop and implement performance evaluation strategies for employees
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to talent management and performance
- Design and execute training and development programs
- Collaborate with managers and HR leaders to identify training and development needs
- Design, support and oversee performance management processes, including annual reviews and continuous feedback
- Design succession plans and contigency frameworks for critical roles
- Develop reward and incentive policies to enhance employee engagement
- Analyze data and generate reports to improve talent management strategies
- Implement HR Analytics tools and Performance Management Systems
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the organization
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc / MSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management, talent management, or HR-related roles
- Experience in designing and implementing training and development programs, and performance management systems
- Knowledge of HR software and Performance Management
- Systems Proficiency in English language
