You are responsible for
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Manage and motivate sales team to meet sales objectives and goals
- Coordinate with vendors and order supplies as needed
- Develop business strategies to attract new customers and optimize profitability
- Ensure the store complies with health and safety regulations
- Manage the store’s inventory and ensure it is always well-stocked
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
- Train new employees and provide feedback and coaching to the staff
- Monitor and report on store sales performance and metrics
- Organize promotional events and oversee visual merchandising
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc in Business Administration, Interior Design, or relevant field
- Proven work experience as a Store Manager, in a similar luxury retail setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, CRM
- Excellent knowledge of English language

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills to cultivate strong relationships with high-end clientele, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities to effectively sell luxury products and meet sales targets
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities to oversee the store’s staff, ensure efficient operations, and maintain a positive working environment
- Profound knowledge of luxury goods and the ability to stay updated with the latest trends and products in the luxury furniture market
- Highly developed communication skills to efficiently interact with customers, staff, and upper management, and to articulate the unique selling points of luxury items
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, pricing strategies, sales targets, and inventory levels effectively
- Strong attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the store, including visual merchandising and store layout, meet the highest standards suitable for luxury retail
- Problem-solving abilities to address customer complaints and operational issues promptly and effectively
