You are responsible for
- Maintains trustworthy professional relationship with the existing as well as the prospective clients
- Monitors that all sales and marketing activities abroad are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales
- Handles international customer’s inquiries, provides customer service and problem resolution to order inquiries and various questions or issues
- Ensures the delivered products comply with each country’s rules and regulations
- Prepares export offers according to customers’ needs and company’s procedures
- Compiles monthly process reports covering export activities
- Performs product sample reviews, identified as critical to export product quality, in collaboration with Production and Quality functions
- Collaborates with the Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain and Finance functions to enable an efficient export process
- Follows up on Logistics & Supply Chain operations, to ensure a timely and efficient delivery of the shipments to the designated countries
- Proposes marketing activities; carries out all pertinent actions for participation in international fairs, prepares all the necessary arrangements, before, during and after the exhibitions
- Participates in the development of export plans and strategies to achieve sales targets
- Conducts new markets research and searches about the targeted countries legal, economic and political changes that may affect the export operations
Your Education & Qualifications are
- BSc / MSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an export executive, trade marketing executive etc
- Proficient knowledge using MS Office; knowledge of ERP, CRM is essential
- Excellent Knowledge of Italian language (verbal/written); knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered a plus
- Hands on experience and in depth understanding of import/export compliance regulations
- Good knowledge of EU export processes
