You are responsible for
- Lead and develop a team of auditors, providing mentorship, guidance, and training
- Plan and execute audit engagements, ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements
- Review financial statements, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
- Stay updated on industry trends, changes in regulations, and best practices in auditing
- Collaborate with other departments within the firm to provide holistic advisory services to clients
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of audit processes
Your Education & Qualifications are
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, preferably in a managerial role
- CPA qualification or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of auditing standards, regulations, and best practices
- Proficiency in using audit software and tools
